Tulip Mania @ Garden by the Bay

A new tourist attraction in Singapore from last year. My first time to Garden by the bay. It was the tulip mania so I decided to bring my mummy and BB June to enjoy the vibrant colour of the tulips. There were many people around as well as the ticketing counter. After we get the tickets, we went to the flower dome where the tulips were. The moment I step inside, wow strong air con blowing at me, so cooling. I love this place. There were lot of different type of plants around, example: different type of cactus and plants from different countries. The tulips were very beautiful so please enjoy the photos when you scroll down. Next, the man-made cloud forest were amazing. I was thinking to myself how to make such a nice water fall and rain forest in Singapore. Brilliant idea. *Claps* I did not have the chance to try the sky walk as it was closed perhaps next visit. This tourist attraction is worth the price and is really a eye opener to many people.
Visit the place if there is any special exhibition.

Fremantle seafood market @ clarke quay

To all the seafood lover out there, this is a place you cannot missed, Fremantle seafood market. There are indoor and outdoor seating depending on your preference. This is an Australian style seafood restaurant. As everyone who has been to aussie, must have heard of their seafood market and the freshness of the seafood if you eat right on the spot. It was my dearest birthday and she love seafood so I decided to bring her to try. We ordered a hearty chilled platter and an Atlantic cod fish and chips. The platter have half dozen of oysters, 4 kind of sashimi (salmon, tuna and etc), 4 seafood tapas (lobster cocktails, white wine mussels, steamed prawns and scallops and alaskan king crab. All the seafood were very fresh. I love the lobster cocktails and the scallops. The servings of the scallop were too much. This is a must try platter, absolutely worth. Next, the fish and chips was nice. The fish was cooked to perfection and the meat was sweet. There is nothing much to say for the food. Thumb up. I will come back for more seafood. Recommended!

Commonman Coffee Roaster @ Martin road

Another cafe strike off on my list. I visited the common man coffee roaster a few weeks ago. It location is a bit off. You can choose to take a bus and walk about 10 to 15 mins. We went there about 3 pm, not a lot of people. We ordered a full breakfast set and egg benedict. As for drinks, iced mocha and Finca filter coffee. I believe they are really good at coffee so is my first time trying out filter coffee and the flavour recommended by the staff. The food arrived in around 15 to 20 mins, pretty fast. Apart from the hard sour dough, the egg benedict was perfect and the roast beef beneath it was equally good. The full breakfast was very filling. The filter coffee was very smooth with nice aroma. Recommend to visit this place!
