Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant

One of the old and only other revolving restaurant in Singapore is Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant. It is situated just before Vivocity. Upon reaching, unless you can find a carpark, otherwise is valet parking. There are 2 lift access to the restaurant. The lift is very old has those mouldy smell. You have to climb a few more flight of stairs before reaching the restaurant so diner with old folks and young toddlers do take note. My first time there and is my mother-in-law birthday so thought of bringing her to somewhere near her house at the same time a nice restaurant serving chinese food. The movement of the restaurant is very slow and you cannot feel it and it will take around 2 hours for one round (estimated). The view was great as you can see the PSA and Sentosa Island. We ordered some dim sum which includes siew mai, har gow, carrot cake, chicken feet, xiao long bao dumplings, liu sha bao, black pepper duck meat bun, egg white with crab meat and seafood yee mee. All the food was nice except the carrot cake. The only negative was the shortage of man power and slow service. Overall, a restaurant with great view and great food. Recommended!
Reservation is strongly encouraged at weekends.
