Jolin 我呸 concert Singapore 2015

As a concert wannabe, this year I went to my first four-sided stage concert by Taiwan diva- Jolin Tsai. I was seated quite near the stage so I can see her face. It was a memorable night, as she sang some nice old songs during my poly days. Her dance move was mesmerizing and I am moving my body throughout the songs. I really enjoyed her concert and most likely I will attend again if possible. Enjoy some of the photos taken during the concert.

Tim Ho Wan @ Plaza Singapura

Finally I tried Tim Ho Wan at Plaza Singapura a few weeks ago. After hearing about the long queues and the craze during weekend, I am in fact a bit worried. I try to reach there around 11 and there were only a few people in front of me. But within 15 mins, the queues stretched to the second row. So, please try to be early during peak hours. I ordered the 4 heavenly King (Crispy Char siew bun, carrot cake, sponge cake and chu chang fen), glutinous rice wrapped with lotus leaf, Har gow, siew mai, beancurd skin roll, fried spring roll with crab egg white and osmanthus jelly for dessert. Overall, I loved the char siew bun, my favourite, chu chang fen was pretty good. Surprisingly, the sponge cake was not bad and the rest of the items were decent. Probably I will visit again at other outlets where there are less queues if I craved for dim sum.

JJ Thai @ Sembawang Shopping Centre

Another Thai restaurant at the north side, JJ Thai. It is located opposite sembawang shopping centre, just beside the famous bai mi fen. I had been there for 3 times and each time, I tried different dishes. A must order is the steamed fish with lemon sauce, prawn cake and tom yum soup. During weekend, it has started to attract crowd so try to be early to avoid long queues. Overall, the dishes taste great and nice. The spicyness of the food also quite acceptable for me. Another nice place for Thai food. Recommended!
