My last concert of the year, Ah lin Sonar concert held at star vista. Her first concert in Singapore. She is born to be a singer as she has a good vocal and although she had a few album but she is not famous. The moment she became famous only when she attended 我是歌手 and her popularity went up and many people get to know her and her song was soon listened by many people. Conclusion: Joining singing competition even though you are a singer might sound to be a good way of exposing your talent to more people around the world. I loved her good vocal and there were a few songs which I loved to hear her sing live was perfect executed. It was totally an enjoyable experience listening to ah lin singing as if it was played from cd. Hope she can have another concert in Singapore again.

Jam Hsiao Singapore concert 2015
Last year, I attended another concert which I was hoping for which was Jam Hsiao. Although this is not his first concert in Singapore, but I will love to hear him live in singing. Especially after watching 最美合声, I find he can turn any song into his own with his mesmerising voice. The concert was held at indoor stadium. Once the concert start, I was totally enjoying myself with his old and new song. Throughout the concert, he showed off his talent as he play with different musical instruments while singing. Everyone get to know him from 星光大道魔王, he is very shy and few words. Till now, he is humorous with his words, his singing has upgraded and he has changed to become a better singer in this music industry. I will go to his concert again just to listen and enjoy his voice. Please attend if you never. You will not be disappointed with his voice.

Sum Yi Tai @ Boon Tat Street
Sum Yi Tai (Third mistress in Cantonese) situated around Boon Tat Street has 3 storeys high and each level having different dining concept. My friends make a reservation at the rooftop. Upon reaching, with the Cantonese oldies background music and the decoration, it make you feel like you were at Hong Kong. We ordered a Hibiki Whiskey and some snacks to go along. The snacks were signature fried carrot cakes with XO sauce, fried ginger chips, salted egg prawns and sauteed Kai Lan. Overall, the ambience was great with great companion. The food and drink was pretty decent. Will try the second floor for the next visit.
Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant
One of the old and only other revolving restaurant in Singapore is Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant. It is situated just before Vivocity. Upon reaching, unless you can find a carpark, otherwise is valet parking. There are 2 lift access to the restaurant. The lift is very old has those mouldy smell. You have to climb a few more flight of stairs before reaching the restaurant so diner with old folks and young toddlers do take note. My first time there and is my mother-in-law birthday so thought of bringing her to somewhere near her house at the same time a nice restaurant serving chinese food. The movement of the restaurant is very slow and you cannot feel it and it will take around 2 hours for one round (estimated). The view was great as you can see the PSA and Sentosa Island. We ordered some dim sum which includes siew mai, har gow, carrot cake, chicken feet, xiao long bao dumplings, liu sha bao, black pepper duck meat bun, egg white with crab meat and seafood yee mee. All the food was nice except the carrot cake. The only negative was the shortage of man power and slow service. Overall, a restaurant with great view and great food. Recommended!
Reservation is strongly encouraged at weekends.
