Maldives always portrait like a paradise to me. Finally I been there for my honeymoon trip last year. I booked club med for 5 day 4 nights. We opted for beach villa. We were very excited upon reaching our destination. The sea water was so blue and clear, really beautiful. After the briefing by the resort manager, one of the staff bring us to our villa. We walked along the sandy beach and you can see lot of people in their bikinis and swim wear. The villa was big and you can access the beach from the back of the villa. There are life jacket in the cupboard which you can use it for own snorkeling purposes. We did thrice throughout the trip and saw many small fishes swimming in the shallow water.
Throughout the whole trip, you will not be feel really hungry. All the meals from morning till late dinner were all buffet and the menu change everyday. So I can assure is a eat sleep relax place (all included in the package) and not forgetting free flow of booze. There were activities within the resort, daily snorkeling trip to different locations(twice a day)( Need to pass a swimming test before embarking on the snorkeling trip), kayaking, wind surfing depending on weather, gym, yoga lesson, ping pong and many more. This are free. There were other activities which require additional charges such as diving, submarine tour and seaplane tour and etc. Overall, I loved this awesome place. Food and people were nice. It is a place where you can just relax and enjoy life. A wonderful and memorable Maldives trip. Pictures below were taken during the trip.
