Golden Peony @ Conrad hotel

Recently, I visited Golden Peony @ Conrad hotel twice for breakfast and dinner. It was very well decorated from the interior of the restaurant to the cutlery on the table. The service of the staff was excellent, very attentive. I ordered their sweet corn soup with crab meat, Sautéed Pork Rib in Champagne Sauce and Braised Assorted Seafood with Beancurd in Claypot for dinner. The food was good and I like the claypot bean curd. 
On another occasion, we went there for breakfast. We tried the dim sum, Wok-fried Carrot Cake with X.O Chilli Sauce, Golden-fried Mashed Taro Pastry filled with Portuguese Sauce Chicken, Fried Rice with Crab Meat and Conpoy, Steamed Chinese Yam with Chicken and Wolfberriy Served in Spinach Purée,  Pan-fried Chicken and Chinese Yam Dumpling (Siew Mai) topped with Scallop served on Egg White, Steamed Barbecued Pork Bun and Crispy-fried Pancake with Black Sesame Paste. The dim sum were very special with a lot of combination of special ingredients. Is a little bit pricey but because of the ambience and location, you will pay extra. Give it a try for some of their dim sum specialty.
