This is my second visit to San Sui Sumiyaki at one Fullerton. They are renowned for their exquisite japanese food. We bought a 9-course dinner set from Groupon and went on a weekday. The first course was a 3 kind of appetiser consist of a potato salad with prawn roe, second course: tofu and prawn salad, followed by salmon roll. Fourth course was salmon and red snapper carpaccio tobiko topping, followed by
Baked oyster with cod roe cream cheese and Charcoal-grilled chicken with truffle topping. The last three course were Cha soba noodles and duck with soup, Ebi kawari age and Matcha ice cream. We also ordered 2 cocktails to go with the food. The cocktails were nice, same goes for the food. It was definitely worth the price. Will look forward to nice deal from Groupon. We took a walk at one Fullerton after the dinner and saw some nice restaurant for our future visit and the night view in Singapore is really magnificent.
