Seasonal Taste @ The Westin Singapore

Another colleague farewell dinner. I decided to try the buffet at Seasonal Tastes at Westin Singapore. It take us some time to locate the hotel as it was our first time there. There were some construction going on around the area. It was at level 32. The view was stunning and the seat was very comfortable. The buffet spread consists of many variety and the walk way was spacious for the diners. The staff were attentive and polite. Let go straight to the food. The seafood spread were lobster, poached prawns, mussels, scallops and oysters. The lobster and oyster were fresh and sweet. There were many different type of hams and salami. There were DIY salad station which you can make your own salad. Another DIY station was Korean bibimbap. Some of the starters were quite interesting. The live station was laksa and it was good. There were sashimi: salmon, tuna and octopus. Some highlight of cooked food were: roast beef, pork ribs and roast sea bass. The whole sea bass were placed there and you can choose your favourite parts. Lastly, the dessert spread was able to satisfy your palette. I will definitely go back again as the buffet spead was nice and ambience was great. Wish her all the best.
