This post is the consolidation of the foods I had at Fengjia night market for the past 2 nights staying at Taichung. Fengjia night market is a must go! Full of people during weekend and there are many things to buy over here and many foods to eat as well.
First, this is a new stall since my last visit. The stall sell 2 type of drinks: one is the green bean with milk ice blended, another one I never had a chance to try as it is limited edition that sell at specific timing. Perhaps next time try again. This finely ice blended cold drink is quite refreshing and I like the taste of it.
This is also a new food we tried called the garlic chicken. It is like fried chicken with slices of garlic on the side. You must eat the garlic together with the chicken and it taste great. We ate twice. Nice.
Another new food is called the percy chips. It use a motorised drill machine that spin the potato into curly fries and deep fried it. You can choose the flavour of sauce to be added. It is only a new concept food and the taste is like normal macdonald curly fries. lol.
This is another drink we try: ice blended papaya milk. The drink taste like smoothie. Good can try. By the way, it has open in Singapore at AMK.
This is the so called 卤味. very nice also.
This stall sell the huge tako ball. I will try again as the flavour I bought taste so so only.
This is the boneless chicken feet. Taste great.
Another new drink we tried.
This chicken chop is good. can try if you are willing to queue for it. Very juicy and tender.
We tried the oyster omelette and braised pork rice. I still prefer SG oyster omelette.
The food that is a must have for me at Fengjia night market is the grilled scallop, ming lun crepe, tako ball and the lazy prawn and lastly the yam milk tea. They are too good to resist.
