As your know from my blog, I am a ramen lover. I tried many ramen restaurant in Singapore. Today, I have add another in my own list. This is located in Liang Court called the Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen. The speciality was their so called volcano ramen. The ramen and ingredients were placed in a hot stone pot and a lid symbolise a volcano shape was used to cover and in a instant, smoke started coming out from the opening. This scene looked like volcano is erupting. After a few minutes, the waiter will come and opened the lid for you as it is very hot. Be careful not to scald yourself. Overall, the ramen and the gyoza were good. Give it a try for a new eating experience.
