Recently, I went to Prego @ Fairmont hotel again. This was my second visit to the italian restaurant. Decided to have a good lunch before going to marina square to buy my CNY clothes. We had a forest mushroom soup with truffle (Yummy!), crabmeat pasta and mussel with white wine. The soup is excellent. The smell and taste of the soup is just brilliant. As for the pasta, I feel is a bit too much for me. Although the taste is good as well. Lastly for the mussel with wine. My comments for the mussels is fresh and sweet. The service of the crew is just fabulous, friendly and helpful. Hoping to try their pizza next time.
